2021 Dues Billing

Dues invoices for 2021 were released in November 2020.

 
To view and pay your 2021 dues invoice, you may login to realtor.org and select “Pay Dues” in the upper right hand corner. You can then scroll down and you will see a link to your invoice under the local association. You will be taken to an itemized list of mandatory and optional fees. Adjust these according to your preferences and click “Pay Invoice” at the bottom. You may then pay by credit card or echeck. When you pay, the fees will automatically be disbursed to the appropriate local, state and national associations. To view the disclaimers and print a paper invoice for your records, click “View Final Invoice” on the bottom left. 


CPCRA will not print a paper invoice, so please access the eCommerce system to print your 2021 invoice. You may contact me if you have any questions.

CPCRA Announces 2021 Leadership

Conway and Perry Counties REALTORS Association announces the appointment of the 2021 Executive Board. We are thrilled to announce Joy Howell-Rickett, President, Brandy Chapman, Vice President, Earle Eichenberger, Treasurer, Donna K. Leslie, Secretary, Gary Lovell, Parliamentarian. Directors are Wanda Morgan, Tracie Flowers-Stobaugh and Becki Griffey. Although there will be challenges during this time of uncertainty with a pandemic the board looks forward to serving CPCRA in 2021.

Chapman Named CPCRA 2020 REALTOR-of-the-Year

CPCRA announces Brandy Chapman as the local 2020 REALTOR-of-the-Year. This award is given to one local REALTOR each year who best embodies the REALTOR spirit. Recipients must be nominated by a fellow REALTOR and are chosen based on criteria set by the National Association of REALTORS which includes community service, business accomplishments, activity in the local, state and national REALTOR organizations, and living by the Golden Rule.

Brandy was chosen based on her active involvement in the local and state REALTORS associations through serving on committees, as well as being an active member of the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce, member of Harding Street Church of Christ, Kiwanis of Morrilton, volunteering through-out the community at special events and having an overall giving spirit.

Brandy has also achieved quite a few business accomplishments within the last year which include: MRP Certification, C2EX Endorsement, PSA Certification, completed 4 core classes of GRI and completed an online class called Calculation Value for Investment & Rental Properties. Brandy is the Association Executive for the CPCRA and she currently serves on the board as a Director. Brandy is on two state committees at the Arkansas REALTORS Association which include the Convention Committee and the Public Relations Committee.

CPCRA Annual Bake Sale & Dessert Auction – Big Success!

CPCRA hosted its Annual Bake Sale and Dessert Auction on November 19th, 2019. The sale and auction is to benefit Morrilton and Perryville Senior Adult Centers and Meals on Wheels. With the help of CPCRA members and members of our community we were able to raise $2000.00 to donate to the Adult Centers. Thank to you everyone who volunteered either with their time, their baked goods or their donations, we appreciated it all!

 

Mid-Year Market Data Update

Great news for our local REALTORS® and homeowners! The latest housing market data reports released from the Arkansas REALTORS® Association shows home sales and home values are UP year-to-date in Conway and Perry counties.

Conway county data shows a total residential sales volume of $10,275,538 through the end of August 2018, a 22% increase year-to-date over 2017. The average residential sales price increased 18% year-to-date over last year, up from $95,388 to $112,918.

In Perry county, the total residential sales volume through the end of August was $5,331,066, which is a 31% increase year-to-date over the previous year. The average sales price in Perry county also increased 18% from last year, from $109,929 to $130,026.
